FAQ

Once you’ve uploaded your logo, please allow 6 to 7 business days for your logo to be embroidered. For text embroidery only, the processing time is 5 to 6 days.
Current embroidery options include text and custom logo. These may be embroidered together, or applied separately. For example, a logo on one side of chest and text on the other.
After you have selected a garment, check ADD EMBROIDERY and click ADD TO BAG. Select TEXT EMBROIDERY and follow the prompts to choose your font and thread color.
You may add up to 3 lines of text, with a maximum of 24 characters (including spaces) per line.
Embroidery – text or logo – may be placed on the chest (right or left side) or on the sleeve (right or left side).
All logo and text embroidery is durable and able to withstand regular wear and washing. No special care is required.
Embroidered scrubs may be ordered for an entire team or organization in different sizes and styles.
Embroidered scrubs are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
